Limited Warranty - Used Solar Panel Sales

1. OEM Warranty Coverage
  - Surplus and other solar panel modules with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty are not covered by the Used Solar Panel Sales. You may contact original manufacturers and discuss their warranty.

1. - Used Solar Panel Sales offers a 30-day replacement warranty on some solar panels, as noted in the product description. This warranty does not cover solar panels damaged due to improper packing, transportation, storage, installation, tampering, modifications of any kind, non-standard usage, Acts of God (including weather and poor site conditions), etc. We reserve the right to request the return at the buyers cost and review visual evidence (such as video or photography) of damaged panels upon arrival at the destination.
2. Defective Solar Panels
  - Solar panels that arrive in defective condition must be shipped to Commercial Solar Panel Recycling at the purchaser’s expense for responsible recycling. Upon receipt, if replacement solar panels are in inventory, they will be shipped at no charge to the original purchaser to the same location. If there is no inventory available, a comparable unit will be used as a replacement.

- Used Solar Panel Sales will cover the shipping costs of defective products if notified within seven (7) days of receipt. These products must be shipped to Commercial Solar Panel Recycling for responsible recycling.
Shipping Costs for Incorrect or Inconsistent Products
- Used Solar Panel Sales will cover the return shipping costs for products that are inconsistent with our website or documented paperwork trails, including quotes, incorrect products received, or products not ordered, if notified within seven (7) days of receipt. For all other reasons, purchasers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Other extenuating circumstances require written authorization.
